All products are triple checked before dispatch and are carefully hand packed with covering EPE foam laminating films to protect them from violently throwing on the shipping way. We also attach the fragile labels on the carton box to warn the carrier handle with care.

1. The weight of the product you can see from the product information is not equel to exact packing weight (but the actual weight is no more than the weight range you be told)
2. The rim bags are EPE foam laminating film to protect the products from damage in the shipping way. Packaging materials including paperboard to fasten and sellotape to seal up.

8. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
