Shipping
We normally send by China Post Air Mail for small package. It takes 20-40 business days or more to arrive, we will offer the tracking number when items shipped out. If you want other shipping ways, please contact us and may need to pay additional shipping charge.
If you do not receive the item a long time, pls contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you soon with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction.
Payment & Tax
1. Mostly,we just accept Paypal,Credit Cards can be accepted through Escrow,If you need another payment method, please contact us.
2. All Payment should be completed before the delivery.
3. Customers are responsible for Customs Duty or Import Tax to your country. So before the items shipped out, you can tell us the reasonable "Declared Value" to avoid customs problem and high import tax.
Warranty & Refund
1. Please carefully inspect all items immediately when you sign it and check if there is any obvious damage. If any problem pls contact us soon and we will help you deal with the case and give you a satisfied solution soon.
2. All products we sell in our store are in good quality and under strict check before shipping. If there is really some problem in product itself, please contact us within 7days after receiving the goods. The buyer must provide photos or video or other evidence to seller for identification and then please return it to us. We will refund you or send you new one then. Damage caused by crash, improper assembly, abuse, wrong maintenance or other human factor can not be covered by our warranty.
If there is any problem on the product or our service, please communicate with us before leaving any negative or neutral feedback. We will work with you to solve all problem.

All products are triple checked before dispatch and are carefully hand packed with covering EPE foam laminating films to protect them from violently throwing on the shipping way. We also attach the fragile labels on the carton box to warn the carrier handle with care.
The items you should also know:
1. The weight of the product you can see from the product information is not equel to exact packing weight (but the actual weight is no more than the weight range you be told)
2. The rim bags are EPE foam laminating film to protect the products from damage in the shipping way. Packaging materials including paperboard to fasten and sellotape to seal up.
We would like to bring you a pleasant experience when you shopping, we value freight, it is an important part. But the freight provided by third party, please make allowance for culpable in freight. We have a responsibility to you to choose the responsible express company, and we would like to get your feedback about freight.
International Freight is a complex process, we hope you know:
1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up- do not confuse them for additional shipment charges. 2. We will not provide Shipping Refunds due to weather related delivery delays.
3. Deliveries to remote areas may increase delivery time.
4. We do not take responsibility for goods confiscated by customs officials or by similar authorities.
5. Orders are not returnable or refundable because of unexpected customs duties or other taxes.
6. Shipping rates quoted are estimates based on the information you have supplied. International shipping rates quoted do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges also may apply. Your final shipping charge may differ based on destination and other factors particular to your order.
7. If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please tell us immediately using the contact information included with the order.
8. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
